What is French Quarter Festival?
The award-winning French Quarter Festival in New
Orleans is Louisiana's largest FREE music event.
Festival goers will revel in the spirit of New
Orleans while enjoying a cultural showcase of the
Crescent City's finest food, music and three days
of fun!
The Music & Action!
Hundreds of local musicians perform on 14 stages
operating from 11am-10pm Friday and Saturday and
11am-9pm on Sunday, throughout the French Quarter.
Experience everything from jazz and Dixieland to
contemporary brass bands, classical, Cajun and
zydeco, rhythm and blues, gospel and New Orleans
funk! Plus, enjoy fireworks over the Mississippi
River, participate in children's activities, join
in a second-line parade attend an art show, music
workshop plus more!
The World's Largest Jazz Brunch
Jackson Square and Woldenberg Riverfront Park became
the site of the World's largest Jazz Brunch operating
amidst musical performances with nearly 60 booths
serving a variety of beverages and food specialties
from well-known New Orleans restaurants. Food
concessions operate around the same hours as the
music.
